Early implementation at schools like Moorlands Primary in West Bromwich has shown positive results, with teachers noting improvements in students’ learning both in and out of the classroom.
Footy Phonics is part of the broader Premier League Primary Stars programme, launched in 2017. This initiative uses football’s appeal to help children develop essential life skills and stay active. The programme offers over 650 free resources for primary schools, covering various curriculum subjects for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students.
