Information we collect
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
The data we collect when you are a registered staff account user on our platform can be grouped together as follows:
- Identity Data includes first and last name, company name, role
- Contact Data email address, contact number
- Financial Data includes bank account details
- Transactional Data includes details about payments to and from you and services you have purchased from us
- Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences
Special categories of personal information
Coordinate Sport does not process any sensitive personal data of Customers.
How we collect your data
We use different methods to collect data from you including through:
- Direct interactions. You may give us your Identity and Contact Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:
- enquire about our cloud service platform
- request marketing to be sent to you
- give us feedback or contact us
- Third parties such as LinkedIn or referrals.
How we use your data
We have set out below, a description of all the ways we plan to use your data, and which of the legal bases we rely on to do so. We have also identified what our legitimate interests are where appropriate.
Note that we may process your personal data for more than one lawful ground depending on the specific purpose for which we are using your data. Marketing
We will use your contact details to market to you, unless you have opted out of our direct marketing. We will use your details to communicate with you and to respond to any queries.
With marketing messages you receive, you can unsubscribe at any time, by clicking the [unsubscribe] link within the email.
Third-party marketing – we will not share your data with any third parties for the purposes of direct marketing.
Change of purpose – Your data will only be used for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.
Who we share your data with
There are certain circumstances where we share your data, for example, we may share your data with third-party service providers who provide data processing services to us, for example, payment processing, technical infrastructure, email and other technical support.
