Our guest this episode is Tom Clarke-Forrest, Founder and CEO of Sport 4 Life.

Tom launched Sport 4 Life with the mission to tackle social issues through sport. Since launching over a decade ago the charity has changed its delivery model and scale significantly.

During the episode, Tom walks us through this journey and expands on his decision to move from a sport for sport’s sake model to drive more impact with programmes that give young people the opportunity to create a better future for themselves.

We discuss Tom’s inspiration for launching the charity, strategies for high performance and plans for the future.
