Achieve4All specialises in P.E. and extracurricular sports coaching sessions, for schools and children around Devon.
Operating in 15 schools across the region, but with a growing team and newly founded projects, they are committed to keeping children healthy and active through a range of sports as well as building important recognition for independent sporting targets as children progress through their education.
Achieve4All has been running sessions for three years using an eCommerce platform to book in sessions.
Its primary purpose was to allow parents to book sessions and for the internal team to book sessions with schools and download participant registers.
The platform was unwieldy, prone to errors, and resulted in hours of admin. Nick predicted that the addition of any further schools would add an extra 2 hours of admin per school and just not fit to scale their business.
Following a demo with Coordinate Sport, Nick was immediately impressed with its features and functionality.
The booking system has decreased their admin massively as Coordinate Sport allows access to information, timetables, and registers at the click of a button, not only impacting their team but improving the experience for their customers.
Previous restrictions caused by remote working have been removed and more notably, Coordinate Sport has supported their compliance surrounding the Covid 19 restrictions helping them retain customers’ confidence.
Achieve4all continues to find new ways of improving operations and processes using the features available to them in the app as well as utilising the time saved to continue to grow their business.
As Covid-19 restrictions become the new normal in schools, Nick feels confident that Coordinate Sport will be indispensable to adapting Achieve4All’s sessions for safer play and will be working with the Coordinate team to explore its functionality to continue supporting their growth plans.
