The National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine East Midlands (NCSEM-EM) has released a free “Path to Paris” summer activity pack to celebrate the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This pack is designed to encourage children and families to engage in physical activities and learn about the Olympic and Paralympic values during the summer holidays.
The activity pack includes:

- Information about the history of the Games
