The 2023 Workforce State of Mind Survey is now open, covering all elements of mental health tracking. The survey is designed to examine the approaches and support taken by employers to protect and support their employees.
Lead Supporter, CIMPSA, has dubbed the survey as ‘crucial’ for the industry. The aim is to ‘shine a light’ on mental wellbeing and those working in it, especially in light of the real-time changes over the past year.
Co-founder at Workplace Mental Health and curator of the survey Lindsey Simpson said:
“A great deal has happened nationally and globally since we surveyed the sector in early 2022…for example, this year, with the cost-of-living crisis impacting so many, we’re exploring financial wellbeing in more depth.”
The survey will close on the 10th of February and can be found here.
