Coordinate Sport will partner with Coach Core in the coming months as they continue to expand their remit as a charity in the activities sector. CEO Gary Laybourne, a former guest of The Drive Phase, will celebrate their ambitious “Project 1500” strategy that will add 500 more apprenticeships in sports coaching to their current successful cohort.
Coach Core has already expanded sports coaching apprenticeships, and with its robust array of partnerships, more than 1000 apprentices have been successful through the programme. In the next chapter, they aim to expand across the UK, exploring new employment partnerships and advocating for the sector.
