Our Guest this episode is David Gregson, Independent Non-Executive Board Member at FED and Chairman of the Gregson Family Foundation.

David has spent his career leading and supporting successful organisations. He combines a keen focus across commerce, education, government, and sport with a passion for social justice to impact over 30 organisations including; The LTA, London 2012 Legacy, the Invictus Games and the FA Women’s Superleague.

Later this year, David is launching the Manchester Wellbeing project, a study to understand the wellbeing of all children in Manchester – and the many challenges they face growing up today.

David talks us through his school life and early career, to founding the private equity firm Phoenix and setting the ethical culture that remains to this day.

We also hear about his thoughts on the education system and whether it is still fit for purpose in the 21st century.
