Heath is a former collegiate wrestler and wrestling coach from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Now CEO of A Better Way Athletics, he has established more than 80 locations across the US & Canada.

With his own experience of coaching, he created A Better Way to harness the power of sport with a curriculum of objectives and tools to create positive experiences for coaches, children, and parents.
