This week we have the leadership team from the award winning global NGO Coaches across Continents Nick Gates and Brian Suskiewicz.

Passion and talent for football are behind the origin story of Coaches across Continents. Nick and Brian, both talented players used the sport as a platform for successful careers and moving into business and elite coaching respectively.

CAC works globally with local partners to address the UN strategic development goals. During this episode we take a deep dive into just how they do this, looking under the hood to hear how the team are able to drive impact across 132 countries and work with thousands of leaders.

As always we hear the start-up and scale-up story, Nick explains his transition from building his first successful business Play Soccer to becoming a premier league business of Football Executive at Middlesbrough FC in the early 2000’s before having the lightbulb moment to launch Coaches Across Continents.

Take notes from entrepreneurs scaling their impact.
