Our guest on the show today is Sam Shave, Co-Managing Director for thinkBeyond.

Sam spent much of his childhood playing sport, going on to look at sports and pressure in his dissertation and graduating from The University of Leeds in Psychology.

His career credits include Comic Relief, FastTrack & KTB PR, working with high-profile clients and events like The Ryder Cup, The London Marathon, Arsenal, Chelsea and England Rugby.

Now Co-Managing Director for thinkBeyond he has the opportunity to drive change with sport working to improve access, diversity and CSR strategies for a myriad of organisations.

I couldn’t imagine the idea of going to work every day and not loving what I do.

Sport obviously played this huge, absolutely fundamental role in who I was. And I didn’t like the idea that not everyone necessarily had access to that.
