This episode I am joined by Will Stone, the Head of CSR Strategy at UK at NFL.

Will’s career is a travel bucket list that has led him to work on projects across 50 countries. Initially influenced by a gap year coaching in Cairo and Mozambique, he found his passion for sport for development and went onto work at Laureus as they launched into Asia.

We discuss the vision for NFL in the UK moving from simply hosting games to a year round strategy for developing the sport in the UK. As well as Will’s approach to leading with empathy.
