Pat has been instrumental in growing UKCA to more than 200k members but her first love was dance.

We hear how she successfully developed a career in the insurance industry whilst working as a professional dancer and dance teacher before being hooked by cheerleading.

During the episode Pat opens up about the challenges of building consensus and the ongoing journey to becoming officially recognised as a sport.
