Our guest this episode is Phil Andrews, CEO of USA Weightlifting.

Under his leadership the sport has been driven into the limelight, increasing professional and grassroots support for all genders. He has put inclusivity, safety and sporting success right at the heart of his tenure as leader over the last 8 years.

Phil has been entrepreneurial since his teen years. He talks us through his early business exploits, including negotiating with EMI’s head office and using his street commercial acumen to turn a profit in music memorabilia.
