Our guest this episode is Sophie Mason, CEO of Made By Sport.

Sophie established her career in fundraising introducing young people to new environments and outdoor activity with The Outward Bound Trust.

Working with the British Olympic Association, successfully leading their fundraising across multiple Olympic Cycles including London 2012 and moving on to support other clients such as BBC Children in Need, she has established herself firmly in the social impact space.

Now CEO of Made By Sport, she is now working hard to highlight the role that sports intervention can have on the lives of children across the country.
